Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 7 working days from confirmation and delivered within 9–10 business days across India.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled unless under exceptional circumstances approved by customer service.

Due to the customized nature of certain products, returns are not accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per The Flag Company’s refund procedure.
