Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
You must include your receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Once a return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
Customized or personalized products
Used, damaged, or altered items
Promotional, clearance, or final sale items
Returns requested for these categories will not be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 working days, based on your card issuer’s or bank’s processing timelines.
For online COD payments, customers may be requested to provide bank account details for a direct transfer.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not support direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to replace an item may request a refund for the original product and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is straightforward and flexible:
Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped.
To cancel, please contact our customer support team at the earliest with your order ID.
If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return request instead.
The Flag Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or payment irregularities are suspected.
Shipping and Delivery
The Flag Company works with reliable national courier partners to ensure prompt and secure deliveries.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery normally takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
All shipments include a valid invoice as per Indian tax regulations.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or natural calamities.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact our team within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
Damage or Defects
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Attach images of the product and packaging for verification.
Our team will review and initiate a replacement or refund based on eligibility.
