Shipping and Delivery

All products listed on The Flag Company’s website include shipping, delivery charges, and applicable taxes. An additional charge of INR 50 applies to orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment option.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 9–10 working days from dispatch, depending on location and courier availability.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Goods require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot personally receive the order, please authorize an alternate recipient such as a family member, neighbor, or colleague. The Flag Company is not responsible for deliveries signed for by a person other than the intended recipient. The company shall not be held responsible for any damage after successful delivery.

Shipping Details and Claims

The shipping address provided by you must be complete and accurate in all respects. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or failed deliveries.

All shortage or damage claims must be reported to Customer Service on the same day of delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary by product type, size, weight, or packaging. These charges are reflected during checkout, and customers are informed before completing a payment.

Payment and Authorization

The Flag Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from declined payment authorizations, including limits preset by your bank or card provider. If a transaction is declined by the acquiring bank or payment gateway, the order will not be processed.
